About Us We are a small business based in Hull, England who specialise in the import and supply of products from South East Asia, mainly supplying the restaurant and catering market with tableware, decorations and ethnic handicrafts & gifts.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. Unfortunately we only supply to the UK and accespt payments in pounds sterling.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling Goods are shipped by courier or post for next day delivery. For small orders please contact us prior to ordering and we will endevour to keep delivery costs to a minimum.

Small items up to 60g will be sent by first class post. Items between 60g and 2kg will be sent by special delivery. Orders above 2kg will be sent by TNT next day delivery.

Delivery charges are for delivery to UK mainland only. Please contact us for shipping charges to NI, IOM, IOW, Channel Islands or Scottish Islands before ordering so that we can get the best delivery charges for your order.

The shopping cart will automatically calculate the cheapest delivery method for your order.

Delivery Schedule Goods will be dispatched as soo as possible after payment clearance, this will normally be the following working day.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges We are not VAT registered and therefore none of our products have VAT added.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. Returns policy will be that if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason please return within 14 days in original condition for a full refund (excluding p & p). This does not affect your statutory rights.
